Concrete work

Pouring or replacing a slab, and cutting out and hauling off concrete that is cracked, sunken, or simply in the way of what you want built. On a lot of backyard projects the first real day of work is breaking out an old patio slab before a single paver gets laid.

We also pour where a slab is the right answer instead of pavers — equipment pads, shed bases, and side-yard walkways that take vehicle weight.

Before the build

Land grading & leveling

Grading and leveling a lot before a build, so water moves away from the house instead of pooling against it. In Pinal County that is not a detail — it is the difference between a yard that survives monsoon season and one that washes out.

This is usually the first step on a full-property job, and it is the part nobody sees in the after photos.

Landscape lighting

Low-voltage LED path lighting, uplighting, and bistro string lighting that extends a yard into the evening without spiking the electric bill. It has its own page if you want the detail — see landscape lighting.

Mid-project

The smaller odd jobs

Every build surfaces something that isn’t on the estimate — a gate that needs rehanging, a section of fence, a downspout dumping into the wrong place. When it comes up mid-project, we handle it rather than leave it for someone else.
